There are a few diffrent states in our systems, here we will try to explain some of them.
Your withdraw is under processing and will usually be dispatched after a few minutes. If it's still not processed within 30 minutes, please issue a ticket to support.
At times, you will see you transaction put on hold. It means we manually inspect your withdraw for a extra security check. Most of the time, these are random and released within an hour. If still not released after an hour, please issue a ticket here on the helpdesk.
Some deposits might need some more confirmation from the network before it is credited.
